Health Disclosure

Effective 14 July 2026

Turnki is a record and reminder tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, interpret readings, recommend treatment, determine medicine dosage, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Medication support

Turnki stores schedules entered by an adult and can notify the concerned adult at the selected time. Taken, Snooze, and Skip record the adult’s action. A caregiver with the required permission may see adherence, and receives one generic alert only when a dose remains overdue for 15 minutes or after a third snooze. Users should confirm all medication details with the prescribing professional or pharmacist.

Calm BP mode

The default parent dashboard says “BP check recorded” and shows the next check time. It does not automatically display raw values, red or green classifications, trend warnings, diagnoses, or treatment advice. An adult can deliberately choose “View details” to see their own readings. An authorized caregiver may view history only with the separate BP permission.

Emergencies and concerning symptoms

Do not use Turnki for emergency monitoring. If someone has severe symptoms, may be in immediate danger, or is concerned about a reading, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional promptly. A missing Turnki notification does not mean a medicine or check is unnecessary.

Accuracy

Turnki cannot verify information entered by a user, a connected device, or another permitted adult. Users remain responsible for checking the medicine label, prescription, appointment details, and measurement source.
