Data Safety
Prepared for the Turnki Family Care release • 14 July 2026
The Google Play “Data safety” form must be updated before the Family Care build is released. The current listing’s “no data collected” statement applies only to the older local-first release and must not be used for the account-based rewrite.
Data collected
- Personal information: name, email address, account identifier, family profile details.
- Health and fitness: medication plans, dose history, BP readings, and health notes entered by users.
- App activity: reminders, appointments, groceries, sync actions, and feature interactions needed to operate the service.
- Device identifiers: notification token and installation details used for notifications and security.
Data sharing
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that support authentication, notifications, hosting, storage, security, and encrypted backups. A user may deliberately share a care category with another adult. Grocery lists remain private unless their creator selects specific linked adults or the family home. Turnki does not sell data, use health data for advertising, or include third-party advertising SDKs.
Security
- Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- Private record contents are application-encrypted before MySQL storage.
- Local Android records are protected by device-backed encrypted storage.
- Every protected request requires a verified Firebase identity or a device-protected dependent session, plus a record-level authorization decision.
- Invitation tokens are hashed and expire; permissions are category-specific and revocable.
Deletion
Users can start deletion inside Turnki or at turnki.cryptoshastri.com/delete-account/. Active account data and sessions are removed promptly; encrypted backups expire within 30 days.
